Tucker Morris
Growing up around a financial planning firm gave Tucker in-depth knowledge of the business and early exposure to the world of financial planning. At the age of 15, Tucker implemented the firm's electronic portfolio management system. During college, he helped with everything from bookkeeping to managing information technology.
In 2005, Tucker graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in philosophy and a minor in economics. After spending some time in law school, Tucker chose to follow his passion and change careers to information technology. Though he enjoyed his time working for the electronic medical record company Epic, the cold Madison, Wisconsin climate didn't compare to the sunshine of his hometown, Charleston, South Carolina.
He's always had a passion to help others, and since joining the Charleston team in 2014, he's discovered an opportunity to serve through financial planning. He also volunteers teaching technology classes in local high schools through the Microsoft TEALS program. A proud father of two, Tucker spends his free time gaming, from Dungeons & Dragons to other board games.

Barb Fallon, CFP®
Barb came to the Charleston team in 2024 as a career changer after nearly 12 years in various capacities with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Barb graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Chemistry & Chemical Biology followed by two master's degrees from Michigan State University in Pharmacology & Toxicology and Forensic Science. While interning with the FBI during graduate school, Barb worked closely under a forensic accountant for several years. Most recently, she worked cases and testified as a forensic examiner specializing in the microscopic analysis of trace evidence. Her natural attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for asking questions have helped her thrive both in forensic science and financial planning.
Barb's interest in personal finance blossomed during a research scientist position with the FBI. Out of school and wondering what to do with her first "real" paycheck, she stumbled onto the Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) community. As Barb learned how to more closely align her spending with her values, the metaphorical fire was lit under her to help others achieve the same stability, autonomy, and fulfillment that she started experiencing.
In April 2026, Barb became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, having completed the education, experience, exam, and ethics requirements for this respected credential. In her free time, she enjoys trips to Sullivan's Island, exploring the Lowcountry, spoiling her two cats, traveling with friends, and scuba diving.
Barb is passionate about sharing financial freedom with folks in nontraditional family and relationship structures and other underrepresented or marginalized communities. In addition to diving into the numbers, Barb greatly enjoys facilitating conversations about how our emotions around money influence the significant relationships in our lives.
